Tulsi Good Sleep Tea is the perfect night-time tea to help you relax and sleep better. The infusion of chamomile and lavender gives the tea pleasant floral notes, as well as soothes and relaxes. In addition, lemongrass, ashwagandha, gotu kola and mint, which are part of the tea, are also stress and anxiety-fighting agents. That is why this tea will help you sleep well at night and face the next day cheerful and rested. Tulsi tea also helps to get rid of gas, bloating and indigestion.

Instructions for use:

Put 1 tsp. tea in an empty teapot. Add water to the kettle and bring to a boil (do not boil). Boil 5 minutes. Consume 1 cup 2 times a day after meals. It is advisable to drink this tea without milk.
