How to use:
To prepare tea, it is desirable to use water rich in oxygen, flowing or filtered.Heat water to 90-95 ° C, brew 1 teaspoon (2 g) and infuse for 3 minutes. This tea is best to drink hot in the afternoon without additional ingredients or with sugar, or add honey to a cold drink.
