How to use:
To prepare a drink, it is desirable to use water rich in oxygen, flowing or filtered. Heat water to 85-90 ° C, brew 1 tsp. (2.5 g) and leave for 5 minutes. This tea can be drunk hot without additional ingredients, or you can add milk, lemon or sugar to taste. You can also add honey to a cooling drink. Tea is best consumed in the evening.

Customs Policy
