Peppermint Essential Oil - soothes, eliminates dizziness, stimulates brain activity, fights bacteria and fungi.

Instructions for use:
To relieve inflammation in the respiratory tract: boil water in a saucepan, add 10 drops of oil and inhale the steam.
To eliminate night cough: mix 10 ml of carrier oil and 2 drops of peppermint oil and rub into the chest.
For headache relief: Mix a few drops of peppermint oil with a carrier oil (jojoba or tamanu) and massage into temples, forehead and neck.

Store in a dry and cool place. Shelf life: 36 months.
