We ship worldwide. It is our honor and privilege to serve our customers in all corners of the world. All orders will be shipped out from our Global Distribution Centre in New Delhi (India) via registered international airmail postal service, which normally takes 10-14 mailing days in delivery.

Shipment information will be updated on ebay once the order has been shipped out. "Proof of posting" can also be provided by email on request. 

Wherever possible, orders above $40 value will be shipped via express delivery service.

*Note for UK Buyers - We are encountering a problem with Registered Mail parcels sent to the UK at the moment. Many of the parcels which we have sent to the UK in this time have been returned to us with no explanation except a sticker indicating “signature required” – Royal Mail.

Although we understand that signatures are required for registered parcels, and that those which are not singed for upon delivery are returned to the post office, the parcels we are speaking of have been returned in too short a period of time to allow the recipient to be notified and the parcel to be retrieved. Many of the parcels have been returned just two weeks after having been sent. Given that it takes a week to go to and from the UK, this means that the parcel was returned immediately after the first delivery attempt.

Furthermore, we have been in contact with the recipients and have learned that none of them have been notified by phone or in any other way that their parcels were awaiting them. Shipping is very expensive, and we cannot afford to keep sending parcels back and forth. Therefore we have stopped using registered post service for UK parcels. Consequently, the other method of shipments available is either via private couriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx  or via express mail international. However, the minimum order amount to qualify for DHL / UPS / Fedex / EMS delivery is $40. 

So if you are from the UK please take this into consideration before ordering and make sure your order amount is $40 or above. Thank you!

*Note for German Buyers -We are successfully shipping these products all over the world, however unfortunately we cannot ship most of the Ayurvedic Products to Germany directly due to prohibitive import laws imposed by German customs regarding the import of health products/supplements from India. They treat them as medicine and do not allow the import by private person (for personal use).

If you are from Germany please purchase products ONLY from the following categories please:

• Beauty & Personal Care
• Incense & Essential Oils

Please DO NOT purchase products from the – “Health and Wellness” category as we will not be able to send them to Germany directly. However if there is a possibility to send your order to a different address in Europe (Switzerland, France, UK, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium or any other country in EU) who can take the delivery on your behalf, please feel free to place your order.

*Note for Canadian Buyers -for the last few months postal deliveries to Canada are taking unusually long time (sometimes 1-2 months in delivery). Apparently health Canada is inspecting each and every mail item coming into the country resulting in serious delays. Consequently, we have stopped using postal service for Canada. So the only method of shipment available from India to Canada is via private couriers like DHL, UPS, etc. However, the minimum order amount to qualify for DHL / UPS / Fedex delivery is $40.

So if you are from Canada please take this into consideration before ordering and make sure your order amount is $40 or above. Thank you!

*Note for Russian Buyers - Currently All Airmail deliveries to Russia are taking a long time (3-5 weeks in delivery). Main Post office in Moscow (where all international parcels arrive) is very slow in processing the packages and they do not update the status on the web. So you will see the same status for weeks because they do not update it. If you are from Russia kindly allow 3-5 weeks to receive your order. Thank you!

*Note for South American Buyers - The only safe and reliable method of sending items to South American countries is via registered Airmail post. But All Postal deliveries to South American destinations (Brazil, Argentina, Chile etc) takes about 3-5 weeks to arrive from India.
