How to use:
For oral administration: mix 1 drop of oil with false honey or a glass of warm water.
Massage:  Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil with a carrier oil. Apply with massaging movements on the body.
Bath:  add 4-5 drops of essential oil to the bath, mix well. In case of dry skin, add vegetable oil along with essential oil.
Diffuser:  Add 4-5 drops of oil to the diffuser bowl.
